Clarence is a property investment company that offers to purchase your property in an open & honest manner: usually at between 70-90% of its market value.
Home is where the heart is – at Clarence we understand that losing your house means giving up more than bricks and mortar. Relocating away from work, schools, friends and family carries a high financial and emotional cost - so to avoid this we give you the option to rent back your home for as long as you like. No one need know that your property has changed ownership.

You won’t need an estate agent. We pay for an independent surveyor to assess your property. You don’t need a House Information Pack and there are no ‘For Sale’ notices or adverts. We meet legal and valuation costs and we do not charge sales commission or any other fees. You avoid repeated visits from estate agents and prospective buyers. Sales can be arranged quickly – often in under a week – leaving you time to get on with your life.
