At Clarence we believe in simplicity. So we make the selling process quick and easy.

What happens when I call Clarence?

  1. Following your initial enquiry, we will appoint you a dedicated Clarence account handler to advise you about all your options.
  2. After listening to you carefully we will arrange a mutually convenient time for an independent home valuation expert to visit.
  3. Following a successful home valuation we will make an offer for your house and you decide whether or not to accept it. House purchases are typically 70-90% of independent valuation price – because we are selective in the properties we purchase and the people we work with, we can offer more than our competitors.
  4. We pay for independent legal services for you.
  5. At this point you decide whether or not you’d like to rent your home back and if so for how long.
  6. A discreet completion of the sale will take place as soon or as late as is convenient. There is no ‘For Sale’ board and no visits from Estate Agents or potential buyers.
  7. There are no costs whatsoever to you, and you are absolutely free to change your mind at any time during the process.
  8. It’s as simple as that – your mortgage can be cleared and you can either move on, or become a valued tenant of Clarence.
